Arizona TPT (Transaction Privilege Tax) license required for sales-based businesses.
Home kitchen:: Pima County follows ADHS for cottage food registration. In unincorporated areas, home occupations are allowed as accessory use with a Home Occupation Permit from Pima County Development Services.
