Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 5, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Terahertz, Inc. ("we," "us," "our," or "Crosodo") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit crosodo.com or any related subdomain or page (the "Site"), browse our directory, download our resources, or purchase our apparel.
By using the Site you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Order information. When you place an order, we (and our checkout, payment, and fulfillment partners) collect your name, shipping address, billing address, email, phone number, and order details. We never see or store full payment card numbers — payments are handled by Shopify and its certified payment processors.
- Account & communications. If you sign up for our newsletter, contact us, or fill out a form, we collect what you give us (typically email and message content).
- Optional submissions. If you choose to share photos, reviews, or stories with us, we collect what you submit.
Information collected automatically
- Usage & device data. We log your IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps. This is standard server log data.
- Cookies and similar tools. We use cookies and local storage for functionality (e.g., cart contents) and for privacy-respecting analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the Site may stop working.
2. How we use information
- To process and ship your orders.
- To respond to questions, support requests, and feedback.
- To send transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates, returns).
- To send marketing emails — only if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.
- To improve the Site, the directory, and our products.
- To prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents, and to comply with applicable law.
3. Service providers we share with
We share the minimum information necessary with vendors that help us run the business:
- Shopify — storefront and checkout. Their privacy policy applies to checkout data.
- Printify and its print partners — fulfillment. We share the name, shipping address, and order details needed to make and ship your order.
- Payment processors integrated with Shopify (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal) — processing payments.
- Email and analytics providers — sending transactional and marketing email and measuring traffic.
- Shipping carriers — delivery of your order.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, to enforce our Terms, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger or acquisition.
4. Your choices and rights
- Email marketing. Unsubscribe at any time via the link in any marketing email.
- Access, correction, and deletion. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@crosodo.com.
- California, Virginia, and other US state laws. Residents of certain states have additional rights, including the right to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do neither) and the right to appeal a denied request. Email support@crosodo.com to exercise these rights.
- EU/UK residents. Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies, you also have the right to object, restrict processing, and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
5. Data retention
We keep order records as long as needed for accounting, tax, warranty, and customer-support reasons (typically 7 years). Marketing email lists are kept until you unsubscribe.
6. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards (TLS in transit, vetted vendors, access controls). No system is perfectly secure — if you believe your account or data has been compromised, contact support@crosodo.com immediately.
7. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact support@crosodo.com and we will delete it.
8. International users
We operate from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the US, you consent to the transfer of your information to the US, where data-protection laws may differ from those of your country.
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, give you reasonable advance notice (e.g., a notice on the Site or an email).
