These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Crosodo ("Crosodo," the "Service"), operated by Terahertz Inc. ("Terahertz," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Description of Service

Crosodo is an e-commerce platform and informational resource for sourdough and cottage bakers. The Service provides digital downloads including cottage food law reports, toolkits (PDFs, Canva templates, printables, checklists), pricing guides, and menu templates, as well as physical apparel and merchandise (t-shirts and related products). Crosodo is an informational and commercial resource for the home baker community — it does not provide professional legal, tax, business, or regulatory advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service. By using Crosodo, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features (such as saving digital toolkit purchases), you may need to create an account via Google sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive, fraudulent, or harmful behavior.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you post or submit to Crosodo ("User Content"), such as reviews, photos of your bakes, or testimonials. By submitting User Content, you grant Terahertz Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with operating and improving the Service and promoting the Crosodo brand.

You agree not to post content that:

  • Is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or harassing
  • Infringes on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others
  • Contains spam, malware, or unauthorized advertising
  • Impersonates another person or entity
  • Constitutes professional advice (legal, tax, regulatory) without proper credentials and disclaimers

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms at our sole discretion.

6. Product and Resource Listings

Crosodo includes listings of digital products (reports, templates, toolkits) and physical apparel. These listings are provided for informational and commercial purposes. We make every effort to describe products accurately, but small variations are possible with print-on-demand goods.

7. No Professional Advice

The information, reports, templates, and resources provided on Crosodo are for general informational purposes only and should not be construed as professional legal, tax, business, regulatory, or food safety advice. Always verify rules directly with your state department of agriculture, local health department, and a qualified attorney before relying on any information for business decisions.

Terahertz Inc. is not a licensed attorney, tax advisor, or regulatory body. We do not verify the credentials of third-party sources linked from our resources.

8. Intellectual Property

The Crosodo name, logo, design, reports, templates, photographs, copy, and all original content created by Terahertz Inc. are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from our proprietary content without prior written consent.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

Crosodo contains links to third-party websites, applications, payment processors (such as Stripe and Shopify), and services that are not owned or controlled by Terahertz Inc. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party sites. Your interactions with third parties (including purchases of physical goods or use of external tools) are solely between you and that third party.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TERAHERTZ INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Terahertz Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your User Content, your purchases, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service (including digital products, designs, or pricing) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance.

14. Governing Law
