Coming soon — if you want it
Sell your bakes,
on your own storefront.
We're considering building a free order-taking platform for cottage bakers — like Hotplate, but cottage food law–aware, pickup-first, and with no monthly subscription. Just a small fee when you make a sale.
We'll build it if 100 bakers join the waitlist. Everyone who signs up before launch gets a lifetime discount on platform fees — founding-baker status, forever.
No spam. One email when we hit the goal, one when it launches.

What you'd get
A real storefront, not a Linktree.
Your own page
A clean storefront at crosodo.com/s/your-bakery (custom subdomains later). Built for phones first — the way your customers actually order.
Drop windows & pickup slots
Open a Friday drop, cap quantities, let customers reserve a pickup time. Cottage food–compliant by default: pickup or local delivery only.
Real payments
Stripe-powered checkout. Money goes straight to your bank — we never touch it. You see every order in a clean dashboard.
Order management
See what's coming up, mark fulfilled, message customers, export to CSV at tax time. Built for a one-person operation.
Legal-aware by default
We already track every state's cottage food law. Your storefront auto-shows the right labels, sales caps, and disclaimers for your state.
No monthly fee
Free to list. We take a small percentage of each sale — so we only make money when you do. Waitlist members get a lifetime discount on that rate.
How it'll work
Three steps. No subscription.
Step 01
Sign up
Connect your Stripe account in a few minutes. We verify you against your state's cottage food rules and set up your storefront.
Step 02
Open a drop
List what you're baking this weekend. Set quantities, pickup window, location. Share the link wherever you already promote — Instagram, neighborhood Facebook, text threads.
Step 03
Bake & hand off
Orders come in, customers pay upfront, money lands in your bank. Pickup day: check them off in the dashboard, hand over the bread.
Questions worth asking
The honest version.
Why isn't this built yet?
Because building a payments platform is months of work, and we'd rather know you actually want it before we start. If we hit 100 waitlist signups, we'll commit publicly and ship an MVP.
What's the fee going to be?
We're aiming for around 5–8% of each sale, plus Stripe's standard processing (2.9% + 30¢). For comparison: Hotplate charges 5% + processing, Castiron starts at $35/month. Waitlist members lock in a lifetime discount off whatever rate we launch with.
What does ‘lifetime discount’ actually mean?
Whatever fee we launch with, you get a permanent reduction off it — for as long as your account is active. If we launch at 7% and your discount is 2 points, you pay 5% forever, even if we raise prices later for new bakers.
Can I ship my bakes?
In most states, cottage food law requires in-person sale — pickup or local delivery only, no mail. A few states allow shipping for shelf-stable goods. The platform will enforce your state's rules automatically, so you don't accidentally break the law.
What if you don't hit 100 signups?
We won't build it, and we'll tell you straight up. You'll stay on the Crosodo newsletter for cottage food law updates and field notes, but no platform. Honest is better than vaporware.
When would it launch?
If we hit 100 signups, we'd aim for an MVP in 6–10 weeks. Waitlist members get early access before public launch.

If you've ever wanted to sell from your kitchen without wrestling with Square, Shopify, or a $35/month subscription — add your email. We'll only ever send you two things: a launch update, and your founding-baker invite.
