Home kitchen:: New York Home Processor Exemption: non-PHF, shelf-stable baked goods and certain jams, jellies, preserves, snack mixes allowed. All products must be baked (pathogen kill step required). Sales within New York State only. Registration with NY Ag & Markets required (free, location-specific). No sales cap.
