- Idaho SB 1283 replaced the Idaho Food Code cottage-food provision. Operators must give a conspicuous notice — by sign, label, or card — that includes name and contact, ingredients when the food has two or more, and the statement: 'This product is not subject to government food safety inspection or licensing requirements. It may contain allergens.'
