Miami-Dade County requires a Certificate of Use for Home Occupation (Miami-Dade County Code §33-25.1) for any home-based business in unincorporated areas, including cottage food. The COU application must include a floor plan and site plan. Fee applies. Annual renewal and inspection required by September 30.
