Operations within Town of Eagle, Vail, Avon, Gypsum, Minturn, Eagle-Vail, or other municipalities may require local business licenses. Vail in particular may have strict home occupation requirements due to residential character concerns. Contact Eagle County Community Development and relevant municipality for home occupation permit requirements.
Home kitchen:: Non-potentially hazardous, non-refrigerated foods only. $10,000 annual cap per product. Direct sales only; no retail stores. CDPHE free registration required. Food handler certification course required. Eagle County includes Vail and other resort communities.
