Arizona cottage-food law assumes pets may be in the home — the required label even mentions pet allergens.
Cottage / exemption path
A.R.S. §36-932 requires a label stating the product was made in a home kitchen that may contact common food allergens and pet allergens. That is disclosure, not a ban. The statute does not require a separate room or that pets leave the dwelling.
Research note
Do not read the pet-allergen label as a dwelling ban. Some counties issue a local food-handler card; that is not a pet-room rule.
