Pets in a Colorado microbakery kitchen
Colorado’s Cottage Foods Act does not mention pets. Agency guidance still treats a clean kitchen during production as the standard.
Cottage / exemption path
C.R.S. §25-4-1614 does not require pets out of the dwelling or a separate room. CDPHE registration is free. Good practice is to keep pets out of the kitchen while you bake.
