Pets in a Georgia microbakery kitchen
Georgia HB 398 (July 2025) dropped the old license and does not mention pets.
O.C.G.A. §26-2-470 et seq. as amended by HB 398: no GDA cottage-food license, no routine inspection. Pets and a separate room are not in the statute.
