O.C.G.A. §26-2-470 et seq. as amended by HB 398: no GDA cottage-food license, no routine inspection. Pets and a separate room are not in the statute.

Inspected or home-bakery path

The pre-2025 licensed cottage-food program is not the current default path.

Annual coliform testing required if using private well water.

Do not cite the old $100 GDA license as current.
