About Open Crumb Club
The Open Crumb Club is a real club with real members. To join, you need a single loaf with even, lacy holes — proof that you handled the gluten right and the fermentation longer than felt comfortable. Sand-colored cotton with burgundy block letters. Worn unironically by people who own a lame and have opinions about glass-vs-cast-iron Dutch ovens.
